The reinforced-concrete building is planned with 19 stories above ground and 4 basement levels. The first two floors contain a lobby, 1 shop and 2 food-service units. Floors 3 to 19 each contain 5 apartments, for a total of 85 residential units. Basement level 1 provides 74 motorcycle spaces and 2 accessible motorcycle spaces, plus 4 car spaces and 2 accessible car spaces. Level 2 provides 9 motorcycle spaces and 18 car spaces; level 3 provides 20 car spaces; and level 4 provides 19 car spaces.
