This policy explains how we collect, process, use, and protect information when you browse this website or use its contact, project-visit booking, online repair, mortgage calculator, and investor information services.

This policy covers browsing, enquiries, viewing requests and repair requests on the website of Founding Construction Development Co., Ltd. (the Company). Recruitment links to 104 Job Bank, whose notices also apply to CV submissions on its platform. General visitors do not need to register an account.
2. Information you provide
Enquiries include your name, phone number, email, subject and message. Viewing requests also include the project and preferred contact time. Repair requests include your name, phone number, community/project, repair location and problem description. Forms distinguish required and optional fields. We also process the consent indication you submit and subsequent service correspondence. Do not include unrelated identity numbers, bank/card details or health information. Ensure you have a lawful basis before providing another person’s contact details.
3. Browsing information and mortgage calculations
The website and related services may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device information as needed for transmission, security and troubleshooting. Mortgage amounts, rates and terms are calculated in your browser; the calculator currently does not send those inputs to the Company or a financial institution and is not a loan application. Information you separately provide in an enquiry is processed for that enquiry.
4. Purposes and methods
We process information electronically, by phone or in writing as necessary to answer enquiries, arrange viewings, coordinate repairs, handle investor or land/urban-renewal enquiries, follow up on service, operate and secure the website, and handle disputes as permitted by law. Sales, warranty and other contractual services are subject to their own notices and contracts; this policy does not extend their purposes indiscriminately.
5. Service providers, locations and recipients
Enquiry, viewing and repair forms currently transmit information through Google Apps Script to the Google service endpoint used by the Company. Submitting a form connects your browser to Google. The Company handles requests in Taiwan; Google and other cloud processing may take place overseas depending on service configuration. Access is limited to authorized Company personnel handling the request and necessary contracted IT, customer-service or repair providers. Affiliation or partnership alone does not authorize access. Disclosures to competent authorities are made as required by law.
6. Marketing choices
Submitting a service request or acknowledging its privacy notice does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. Any separate marketing contact will be notified and any legally required consent obtained. You may ask the contact below to stop marketing without affecting your requested service or legally necessary notices.
7. Cookies, fonts and external websites
The public website currently does not deploy advertising trackers or third-party behavioural analytics. Administrator sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. Some pages load Google Fonts, which sends the connection information needed to retrieve fonts to Google. External websites, including 104 and disclosure platforms, apply their own privacy policies when you open their links. Browser cookie and resource controls may affect administrator sign-in, fonts or form transmission. Google services are also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for the necessary duration of request handling, follow-up service, contract performance, legal retention or dispute handling. When the purpose ends or the applicable period expires, information is deleted, processing/use stopped, or it is made non-identifiable as required by law. Records still needed for legal duties or existing disputes have restricted uses. Backups and service-provider copies must also be included in retention and deletion management. Submission or case closure does not imply immediate deletion of all copies.
9. Security and incidents
The website uses access controls, authentication and request protections, with access limited to necessary personnel. Public production service should use HTTPS. Internet transmission and third-party services cannot be entirely risk-free. If a personal-data security incident is identified, the Company will investigate and respond, and make necessary notifications or reports under applicable law.
10. Your choice to provide information
Using a form is optional. Without required information or verifiable contact details, we may be unable to respond, arrange a viewing or handle a repair. Leaving optional fields blank does not prevent general browsing. If you prefer not to send a form through Google services, contact the Company by phone.
11. Your rights and requests
You may request access, review, copies, correction or supplementation, cessation of collection/processing/use, and deletion as provided by Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act. Using this website does not waive these rights. Tell the contact below which service you used, how to contact you and what you request; identity verification is limited to what is necessary. Decisions on access/review/copy requests are made within 15 days and correction, cessation or deletion requests within 30 days as provided by law. Any necessary statutory extension will be notified in writing with reasons. Reasons will be given for lawful retention or refusal, and any necessary access or copying costs will be explained in advance.
