These terms describe the information and services on the website of Founding Construction Development Co., Ltd. Please read them before using the relevant service. They do not replace individual contracts, legally required notices or consent, or limit statutory rights.

The website provides company, project, service and investor information. Confirm areas, layouts, materials, prices, payment and handover conditions against legally required sales documents, approved plans and the parties’ contract. Reference-only wording or document-priority statements do not reduce the Company’s legal duties concerning truthful advertising and advertised commitments.
2. Illustrations and planning information
Architectural renderings, interior scenes and plans may be illustrative. Transport, landscapes and nearby development may be existing, planned or under construction; consult the project’s disclosures. Uncompleted plans are not representations of current conditions or guarantees of realization. Design changes requiring legal or contractual confirmation remain subject to those procedures; these terms do not provide blanket consent to changes.
3. Prices, sales status and reservations
For-sale, sold-out, under-construction and completed labels describe the information available at the time and may not immediately reflect individual unit transactions or holds. Enquiries and viewing requests do not automatically reserve units, prices or offers or create a sales contract. The Company remains legally responsible for published prices, advertisements and transaction information; confirm applicable conditions before a transaction.
4. Form submission and service confirmation
Provide accurate contact information you are entitled to use. A success message means the sending interface received a successful response; viewings, enquiries and repairs still require staff confirmation. An error or timeout does not establish whether the request was received. Please call to check before submitting again. Forms are processed through Google services as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Mortgage Calculators and Financial Information
Mortgage calculators, payment estimates, and other financial information on this website are for preliminary reference only and do not constitute financing commitments, interest-rate guarantees, or financial advice. Actual loan-to-value ratios, rates, terms, monthly payments, fees, and approval conditions are subject to the lender’s review, personal credit, contracts, and applicable law.
6. After-sales Service and Warranty Repairs
Online repair and after-sales channels are provided to receive customer requests and arrange follow-up contact; they do not constitute a promise of immediate emergency repair. Actual warranty scope, repair responsibility, processing time, fees, emergency procedures, and related rights and obligations are subject to sales contracts, warranties, handover documents, community rules, law, and confirmation by the Company or its partners.
7. Disclosures, historical data and attachments
Announcements, financial, shareholder, ESG and dividend materials are provided for convenient reference and may be sourced from disclosure platforms or other identified sources. Synchronization, compilation and translation can involve delays. Check the year, language, units and publication or revision date; earnings years and dividend payment years differ. Confirm legally filed information against Company filings and competent-authority records, and notify us of discrepancies. Materials are not investment advice or return guarantees and do not remove statutory disclosure duties.
8. Fair use and website security
Do not impersonate others, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, bypass authentication or security, or disrupt service with excessive requests. These terms do not generally prohibit ordinary browsing, normal downloads or legally permitted quotation and fair use. Maintenance and security restrictions should be limited to what is necessary.
9. Intellectual property and public sources
Rights in text, photographs, drawings, trademarks and software belong, as applicable under law, to the Company, licensors or source rightsholders. External public information does not become the Company’s exclusive property by appearing here. Respect attribution and applicable licences. Unauthorized infringement is prohibited, but legally permitted quotation, fair use and other statutory uses are preserved.
10. External Links and Third-party Services
This website may link to the Market Observation Post System, social media, video platforms, map services, financial institutions, and other third-party websites. Those websites are independently operated, and the Company does not warrant their accuracy, timeliness, security, or availability. When using a third-party site, you must follow its terms and privacy policy.
11. Maintenance, errors and liability
Maintenance, communications or third-party service problems may interrupt or delay access. The Company will reasonably address errors when identified. Liability for website services or information is determined by applicable law and the facts, not excluded in general by these terms. Liability for intent, gross negligence and other non-excludable legal duties is preserved.
12. Preservation of Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor do they affect rights under applicable consumer protection, personal data protection, fair trade, civil, or other mandatory laws.
13. Updates to these terms
Updates will be published with a revision date. Changes affecting individual transactions or requiring separate notice or consent will follow applicable requirements. Updates do not retroactively remove contractual or statutory rights, and continued browsing alone is not the sole basis for accepting adverse contractual changes.
