The Shareholders’ Meeting oversees the Board of Directors, connected to Internal Audit, the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. The Chairman / Vice Chairman is supported by the Chairman’s Office and Secretariat, followed by the President and Executive Vice President. The Information Systems Group connects to the Executive Vice President. Finance and Administration report directly to the Executive Vice President; Development, Sales and Engineering each report through a Vice President.
